Great tool for the body dolphin. i love to swim with the mono fin. I returned one and received another stiff/hard rubber one. Can not stand the feel of it longer than 50 M. Apparently there is a difference in stiffness. First time the toe slot second time the sides of the foot space. Can you please make a more foot friendly mono fin?.. Thanks a lot!

It's a great tool, but the rubber of the heelcup struggles to last over multiple uses over more than a year or 2. Still, it's indispensable and as long as the right size is used then it's also great for correcting technique.

What a great idea! At a fraction of the price, this product has a much faster learning curve than the Trainer 2 I also have. It also is much safer to use in a shared lane where the possability of finning someone would only be anoying unlike the Trainer 2 that would draw blood. I highly recomend it for anyone, amazing product!

I love the monofin but it makes me super tired. I do Masters Swim 5x week and I do not have the energy to use it on those days. On weekends I sometimes use the monofin for the leg and core workout. Then I go home and nap for an hour before doing anything else. Did I mention that I am age 70? Never give up; just take naps.

When I first used this monofin I was amazed. But after a few sections in the pool, the toe box started to rip apart. I don't think I'm such a strong kiker to have the power to rip it only with my normal training. The concept of a cheaper and afordable monofin is fantastic, and the use of it proved it really works. But unfortunatly, it seams the quality of the product (in terms of material used to make it) has to improve a little bit.

This fin has a much stiffer blade allowing for a stronger propulsion in the water, as compared to the wave or rapid monofin. I've used it a bit and I'm really noticing the effects from working with it. Its a smart choice if you are looking for a monofin. I recommend it!

This fin worked well but wish it had adjustable straps for foot enclosures. Pinched a bit on the sides of the feet so if you have wide feet choose another fin.

I bought foil about 3 months ago, love it so much. Yet now I am thinking to have a faster one, any suggestion? shooter, trainer 1 or 2?

This fin is very comfortable to wear, and very reasonably priced. It however does not push nearly as much water as even standard dive bi-fins, so I was disappointed. Still, it could be a good choice for someone just starting out who needs to get in shape before moving onto a larger fin.

The short yellow monofilament has been an asset to our butterfliers. It provides increased resistance compared to fins and and give the opportunity for strength gain. It is just short and flexible enough to use with many abilities.

The monofin fits well and is a tool we have found useful in improving dolphin kicks off the wall. Most swimmers have improved dramatically.

excellent device to strengthen core and develop a shallow dolphin kick for all strokes needing such kicks. It keeps the swimmer from relying on knee bend to provide propulsion.

The Finis monofin is a product that I would love to use with my swimmers on a daily basis to help build strength and speed in their underwaters. I had all my swimmers get one. I love the monofin and the kids see lots of improvement in being able to utilize their core more to create and sustain speed. The only issue is the strap around the heel has snapped on many of our fins and now we are limited in the amount of usage we can get out them because we have to share.

The monofin is simply the best tool out there to teach the fifth stroke, underwater kicking. I love this product and so do my athletes.

This is a great product for various events and to work on turns, under waters, and Hypoxic sets... We use the Shooter for beginning and end of workouts after warm-ups and just before swim-downs. It is the best tool for streamlining and to feel acceleration vice just normal fins.

The monofin is an essential tool for any level swimmer. It helps the less experienced swimmer understand the importance of "feet together" in the fly kick; whether off the wall or in the butterfly swim. It also adds a level of intensity for the polished swimmer.

I think that the monofins are a useful tool, but I think the price is a little high and there also needs to be a little more room (width) in the footholes.

I am a coach and have used th monofin for years. Twice we have had to returna new fin afterthe foot housing ripped. Upon inspection the rubber is very thin on the outside of the foot.

While the monofin is a useful tool it is to expensive for our small swim club to have more than one fin in each size
