The Z2 fins are an integral part of our training regimen. We use the Z2 Fins on a daily basis. I truly believe that in combination with the unique design of the fin that forces the swimmer to focus on the upbeat and not just the down beat of the kick and the consistency in which we use the fins; our swimmers have been able to immensely improve their ability to kick at a higher rate with more power in both flutter and dolphin kicking.

These flexible fins are quite comfortable and enable swimmers to fly through the water. They have become an integral part of my workout regimen.

Great for kick development, speed adaptation, and confidence. Some pairs have stiff foot bed and uncomfortable, others are softer, so unsure if manufacturer or material different

I love how these fins work my legs with the up and down kick. They are comfortable and effective. Great product.

I am a Masters age swimmer and The Z-2 is great for that little extra propulsion I need towards the end of a workout when I am experiencing shoulder fatigue. It gives me just enough propulsion to continue making my set on time. I like the softer fit so it does not put extra stress on my ankles and helps strengthen my hamstrings and glutes. I use it every day

So I had the E size of the blue ones......but they got small. So I got the F size of the gold Z2s. They were way too big.....so I got the Z2 E size. They fit. Decently well. So yeah.

My 3 kids are using this product and they don't want to use another kind. Problem is, no stocks here in the Philippines..

I have been using these for about 2 years. I like them better than other swim fins because they are narrower and allow you to keep your feet closer together and maintain a more streamlined position. They have held up very well, being used for approximately a mile to 1.5 mile pool swimming, 3 days a week. They show no signs of falling apart anytime soon even though I can see where the water has removed some of the black paint. They initially gave me some blisters on the top of my feet, but I figured out that they seem to have a left and right sizing. If I put them on the correct way, they no longer cause blisters.

The experienced swimmers on my team like the way these feel. It draws attention to the up kick, not just the down kick.
The sizing, however, is off. What I thought would fit my taller seniors are too big. I will be ordering more, but in a size down from my original orders.
