I have had Zoomers for 12 years now and love the way they change up my work out. 2 years ago I couldn't find my originals so bought some Blue Zoomers at local sports store. They were terrible. Tore the skin off my feet every time I used them. The store pretty much said wear socks, use Vaseline, and suck it up. Thankfully found the original blues and have used those for the past 1.5 years. The heel split this last weekend so tried the Blues bought 2 years ago and again have torn up feet. Discouraged, went to the sports store to see if they could do anything and they are going to call Finis and see if they will stand behind their product but in the meantime, I bought these Golds and wore them at crack of dawn practice today. Oh My Word! These feel so good on my feet, slip right on, no torn skin after the work out, feel like butter but by does my heart rate get a boost when doing the kick sets with these. Thank you so much for listening to consumer feedback and developing a superior product. I hope I hear back from the sports store that you will do something for me for the terrible blues I had prior to these. A lot of money for torture. These are definitely an improvement, thank you!

I've been involved in swimming most of my life and have used just about every type of training fin on the market. I can honestly say that Zoomers Gold fins are the best fins I've used combining both extreme comfort and a fin that provides a great workout for your legs. Do yourself and your feet a favor and buy a pair. You won't be disappointed.

I swim a lot! And, my Zoomers reviewed on 1/6/12 began to split on the heel seam. I called Finis and explained, wondering if I could send them back and have them remolded. Oh no, they not only treated me professionally and compassionately, I just received a new pair in less than a week. And, it looks like the heel has a new design so the seams are on the sides of the heels and less likely to split. Can't wait to get these on and swim my heart out! Thank you Finis!

I second the review from "delicious!" below. . . loved the product until I bought a replacement pair of blues in 2007 and they tore my feet up. I feel that Finis should treat anyone who inquires about about them to a free replacement pair of Golds, but that is not the case.

got a pair at Sylvia's swimwear in Seattle made to fit a woman's foot size 81/2 - 91/2. The store had to order the size in as they only had much larger and smaller. I was able to use them about a month later for the first time and my toes were extending beyond the tips of the toe openings however the width of these fins are clearly for extremely narrow feet. My guess would be AAA, AA and possibly A width feet. My feet are 'average' width and all 5 of my metatarsals were squeezed so tightly as well as the top of my foot across the dorsal area that I was in so much pain that I was not able to keep these on more than 10 minutes. I repeated attempts at wearing these to make sure that that it was not an issue with my feet on any given day and each time it was the same. Unfortunately in taking the time to 'make these work' some months went by and as I attempted to return them it was beyond the relatively short return window & 'THEY HAD BEEN USED' so not able to be returned. I have to rate quality and price at the lowest as well given that I am stuck with a pair of absolutely un-usable and non-refundable fins that were a complete waste of money for me that based on the size markings should easily have fit me.

I have had a blue pair size F for years and really like them. Recently lost one and went to replace and only the yellow were offered. I called customer service and was advised to buy E (I wear size 9 women's shoe). I can't even come close to getting them on. Will have to return for F, what a pain.

I tried a pair of size E fins on in a store and all was fine. I later purchased the same size(E) from an online store, but the fins will not fit for love or money. Perhaps they will improve with use. Take care with sizing.

Simply put these are for sure the best fins out there for your swimming. However, after using these new gold fins in the pacific ocean for one summer I would not advise anyone to use these fins for swimming in water where sharks are a possibility. I never believed the 'yum-yum' yellow theory about sharks until I got a pair of these fins. After many years of swimming in ocean with no shark sighting, I had three separate occasions in a month of using the 'yellow' fins, where sharks swam right under me while out in the ocean and look up at me. After doing my own research and talking with many experts, I am convinced it was because it is gold/yellow color of these fins. It seems there is clear evidence that yellow and sharp contrasting colors increase shark interest so it really baffles me that finis products are yellow and pink..the worst possible choices if sharks are a concern. I wish someone at Finis actually thought about this as I am now using a blue fin again (not finis) simply for this reason, nor will buy any finis product again as long they as continue to use yellow for the only available color.

This is my real life true story. I've tried learning swim since school days till last week but no luck. oh btw I am 27 now. We were travelling Phuket last week, when my friend decided to teach me the life skill, after the basics he gave me these magical Zoomers 'FINS' and I finally started to swim a little bit.. after few hours of practice I was swimming like a semi-pro. This is not just an ordinary product, I would say its a miracle that happened to me last week. Its a great great product for people learning to swim. Jay in return gave these to me as a gift. Thank you so much Jay for making me learn and FINIS for making these. I am a shark now! :-P

Excellent fins for not yet balanced swimmers, raise the feet up, help understand streamline.

The training fins are a wonderful instructional tool. I like to see a price difference for younger swimmers...make it more affordable.

When established and new swimmers ask me which goggles, paddles, suits, etc to buy I have a few recommendations that I love. However, when it comes to fins I only have one suggestion, FINIS Zoomers. Even though the red, blue, and 2.0 are all great products I think the gold stands above the rest. I find a certain degree of comfort, durability, and design that make these very efficient training tools for all swimmers. They help correct foot flexion problems for beginners and provide a great amount of added resistance for Olympic level athletes without tearing or causing cramps in the lower leg extremities. With their great price and a very smooth look, Zoomers stand above all other fins in the aquatic industry.

Finis zoomers are far and away the best fins I've used. The channels help keep the lower body lifted, reminding you to engage your core for proper alignment. They are lightweight, interchangeable (no right/left), and easy off and on. They fit securely on the foot. All in all, everything I look for in a fin.

Great training tool. Swimmers like working with them. Use them for drills and training swims.

These are a must have for my athletes working on drills for swim mechanics. Also a great tool for kick sets and getting beginner swimmers the feeling of swimming fast.

We use Finis training fins with our advanced groups during speed work and long kick sets. They are far superior to the full length, cheaper versions out there and the kids get a lot more out of them with less stress on their feet and ankles. Keep up the great work on innovative gear design!

Finis Fins are the perfect tool to help build speed and strength. The perfect proportion of input vs. output as opposed to longer "scuba" fins.

Many of my adult swimmers have trouble with the fit and comfort of fins yet they need them to build strength and endurance. Zoomers fit more comfortably than any other brand my swimmers have tried!

Started using Zoomers years ago as an age-group swimmer. Now, many years later, I am still using them to train my swimmers as an Age-Group coach. Quality and value are both excellent in this Finis product. Can't recommend them enough for ALL swimmers.

Finis training fins have great flexibility and really help with my swim work out. Occasionally they slip off my feet on flip turns, but other than that, they are a great product.

I have two sets of fins. I prefer Finis fins mainly because they are more comfortable and I feel they handle better in the water than my other set
