INDEPENDENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Multiple Territories/Categories Available

The FINIS Sales & Marketing Team is seeking the best and brightest to take our brand to the next level. This is an independent contract sales rep role, responsible for prospecting and developing new accounts.

Successful candidates for this position will have a genuine passion for swimming and have at least 3 years of experience selling in the respective category and/or territory. This role will be responsible for selling and promoting FINIS into wholesale/retail accounts. At FINIS, we love swimming and we love innovation. The draw to the water is in our blood, and our passion to educate drives us to constantly challenge the status quo- we are looking for individuals that are ready to do the same!

The Account Support Representative’s primary function is to act as a liaison between the customers, Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, Production Planning, and Credit departments to ensure all customer accounts are properly maintained.

REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The Americas & Asia-Pacific

FINIS is looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to play a critical role in building relationships while maximizing sales opportunities with significant international customers and stakeholders. The position will report to the International Director of Sales & Marketing. As a Regional Business Development Manager, this person will represent our company and interact with major customers in Canada, Central and South America, the Oceanic region and countries within the Southeast Asia market.

As a key contributor to the sales and marketing team, this individual needs a strong understanding of sales and marketing in the global environment. This position will work with all aspects of sales and marketing including market research, sales, social media and athlete and/or federation sponsorship. The ability to adapt to a wide variety of environments and cultures is necessary for this position. As this position will deal with foreign economies, politics, and culture on a daily basis, it’s highly desirable to be fluent in related foreign languages (Spanish preferably). Sound like you? Great. Successful candidates for this position will be results-driven, with a genuine passion for all things swimming. This role will be responsible for selling and promoting FINIS to health clubs throughout the United States and to accounts that specialize in our line of Mermaid products.
