I use the adult Freestylers with my older swimmers all the time, so I was excited to try the junior version. The Freestyler Jr. is great for helping younger swimmers clean up their freestyle. It makes them enter the water the right way and helps stop crossover, which is a big one. It also naturally helps with body position without me having to explain a bunch of stuff. The shape kind of does the work for you. Super easy to throw into practice and the kids don’t mind using them, which is always a win.

Honestly didn’t expect these to be that helpful, but the kids love them and they actually work. It’s kind of wild how much smoother their strokes look after just a few laps. I barely had to say anything. Not every training tool hits with younger swimmers, but these are easy, light, and do their job. Big fan now.
