An item I want to buy is sold out – will you be restocking it?

Yes, in most cases all items will be restocked at soon as possible.

How do I use a promo code?

During your check out process, enter the promo code into the box, hit 'APPLY' and your discount will be applied.

Can I cancel or change my order?

As our orders are dispatched quickly, we are unable to cancel or change the details in your order once it has been placed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link that you can use to track the progress of your delivery. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for shipping carriers to update their tracking information.

How long will it take FINIS to ship my order?

US Customers

We strive to ship all web orders within one business day of the date ordered. Shipping hours are Monday through Friday 7am–3pm PST, excluding U.S. federal holidays. All orders ship from our California warehouse.

EU Customers

We strive to ship all web orders within one business day of the date ordered. Shipping hours are Monday through Friday 8am–5pm EEST, excluding Bulgaria federal holidays. All orders ship from our Bulgaria warehouse.

Does FINIS offer free shipping?

US Customers

FINIS offers free shipping on all B2C web orders over $75 using FEDEX Smart Post, a FedEx Ground service that is routed to your postal hub for delivery by your postal carrier. *Offer excludes freight items such as Turnmaster Pro and Swim Teaching Platform.

EU Customers

FINIS offers free shipping on all B2C web orders over €75 using DHL Economy Ground service. *Offer excludes freight items such as Turnmaster Pro and Swim Teaching Platform.

What shipping methods are offered?

US Customers

FedEx Smart Post: 7-10 Business Days. Your package is picked up by FedEx and transported to your local USPS center, where they make the final delivery. FedEx Home Delivery: 5-7 Business Days (Tuesday–Saturday) FedEx Ground: 5-7 Business Days (Monday–Friday) FedEx Express: 3 Business Days FedEx 2 Day: 2 Business Days FedEx Overnight: Next Business Day

EU Customers

DHL Economy Ground (EU wide): 2-5 Business Days DHL EXPRESS Air Service Worldwide: 1-2 Business Days Regular Post: (up to 20 days within EU) EMS Post: (up to 15 days worldwide)

B2B customers have the option to ship using their preferred shipping carrier using their freight account number. Additional shipping options can be quoted by contacting FINIS directly.

Shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of your products and the shipping address. Before the final checkout page, you can review the shipping cost prior to committing to your order. Customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes.

Warranty Policy

Our product is warranted by the seller to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of time from the original purchase date (reference chart below for length of coverage). Used items purchased or purchases made with noncertified FINIS dealers are not warranted.

The limited warranty excludes damage resulting from improper care or handling, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, used items, normal wear, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. If there is a covered defect, we will repair or replace the product free of charge or issue a refund at FINIS’s discretion. FINIS requires proof of purchase for any warranty claim.

*If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original 1 year warranty, depending upon which is longer.

Some states and countries within the EEA do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusion all or certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other additional rights, which may vary from state to state or within the EEA. The foregoing is without prejudice to other legal rights that may arise under applicable national legislation. The warranty extends only to products purchased from an authorized FINIS retailer.

Return Policy

FINIS has a 30-day return policy for all products with original packaging and tags. FINIS is not responsible for any additional/extended warranty offers from any other company/vendor. Refunds apply only when the original purchase was made with FINIS. Please check all orders for accuracy and report any shipping errors to FINIS within 5 days of receipt.

For all returns/exchanges, please follow the steps below to enter a support case and request a Return Authorization. A member of our customer service or technical support team will contact you via the case to process your request. Failure to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number will result in a restocking fee of 25%. No exceptions!

1. How to enter a case: Click “Support” at the footer or click here. You will be prompted to enter your email and password. If you have not previously registered, please click “Register” and follow the prompts to obtain a password and enter a new case.

2. Go to My Account, Support Cases and click Submit New Case.

3. Once your support case request has been processed, you will receive an RA via email. Please print the RA and include it in the package you are shipping to FINIS.

4. Warranty or return item is shipped back to FINIS at your own expense unless the return is a result of a FINIS shipping error.

5. Ship returns to the location indicated on the Return Authorization:

6. All returns will be credited at FINIS’ discretion. If we are not able to repair, replace, or credit you for the return product, we will send the original product back to you.

7. FINIS will pay to ship any exchange or warranty transaction back to you.

8. When you receive the replaced or returned product from FINIS, please inspect the shipment for accuracy. Shipping errors must be communicated to FINIS within 5 days of shipment receipt.

  • A traceable method of shipment for returns is recommended. FINIS is not responsible for lost shipments.
  • Please allow 2 business days for returns to be processed.
  • All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
  • Allow 2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
